How we handle the information you share with us.

AUSH AI is a small, founder-led consulting firm. We run operational audits of a business, find where it is losing time and money, and build the system that closes the leak. This policy describes how we handle personal information you share with us through aush.ai and the engagements that follow.

Information you give us

• Contact form. When you fill out the contact form on aush.ai, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and the message you write to us.
• Audit assessment. When you complete the assessment, we collect your answers and your name, email address, and (optionally) your company and phone number, so we can recommend the right starting point and follow up.
• Email. If you email us at support@aush.solutions, we receive whatever you choose to send.

Information collected automatically

• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Google Analytics receives information such as the pages you view, the time you spend, your browser and operating system, your approximate location from your IP address, and the site that referred you.
• Hosting logs. Our host, Vercel, records standard server-side information such as your IP address, request timestamps, and the path requested, for security and reliability.
• Cookies and similar technologies. The site sets cookies for analytics and basic functionality. More detail in section 5.

We use the information above to:

• Reply to your message and run your assessment recommendation.
• Schedule and prepare for a call when you ask for one, and follow up about your audit or build.
• Operate the site, including hosting, security, and abuse prevention.
• Understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
• Meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the information you share with us to train AI models.

Personal information stays with our small team for the work we are doing together. We share it only as needed to operate the site and run the engagement.

Service providers we use

• Vercel hosts the site and processes hosting logs on our behalf.
• Resend delivers transactional email, including the message you submit on the contact form and the assessment summary, to a member of our team.
• Supabase stores assessment submissions in a database we control.
• Google Analytics processes analytics data on our behalf under Google policies.

We may also share information when:

• A law, court order, or government request requires us to.
• We need to investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, or harm to a person.
• AUSH AI is involved in a merger, sale, or transfer of assets, in which case the information may transfer to the new owner under the same protections.

We use cookies and similar technologies for two reasons: to make the site work, and to understand how it is used.

• Functional cookies are set by the framework that runs the site. They keep things working as you move between pages.
• Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics to count visits and measure usage in aggregate.

You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser. If you do, parts of the site may stop working as expected. You can also opt out of Google Analytics specifically by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. Contact and assessment submissions stay in our records while we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterward, so we can pick the conversation back up if you return. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics defaults.

You can ask us to delete personal information you sent us at any time, and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or request a copy in a portable format. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@aush.solutions. We will respond within a reasonable time.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act give you specific rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect about you, the right to ask us to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

AUSH AI and the service providers listed in section 4 are based in the United States. By submitting personal information to us, you understand that it is transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have data-protection laws that differ from those of the country you live in.

The site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we update the date at the top of the page. If a change is significant, we will do more than just update the date.
